Summer Fun at the Pool

Due to the EXTREME heat we have become regulars at the pool going almost everyday. The Woodlands has thirteen different pools to swim in during the summer time. We usually rotate between four throughout the week. For a typical pool day we pack an ice chest full of food and drinks and spend most of the day there. The girls have had so much fun with friends and have become quite the little fish. I am lucky (maybe) that both of the girls are brave and are not afraid of trying anything. They will go down any slide and venture into any water feature. They definitely keep me on my toes trying to keep up with both of them!

Ashley and ALL of Her Stuff

Ashley has A LOT of stuff she needs wants to sleep with. It started with just her "night-night" but over the past couple of months she has collected more things. Right now she is up to five things! Craziness! You should see her in the morning trying to carry everything around the house. It's quite funny! Hopefully one day she will out grow needing wanting all of this stuff.

The Marshalls



Our friends the Marshalls came to stay with us last week! We had a TON of fun and loved spending time with them. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures most of the time, mainly because we lived at the pool all week. We'll be heading to San Antonio in the next couple weeks and this time I will remember to take pictures. Here are a few pics of when we did remember.

It's HOT...Game Day!

Due to the HOT, HOT weather we have been playing lots of games inside to stay cool. One of Addison's favorite games is Memory. She is really good at remembering where the matching pieces are and has beaten me several times.
